MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS & RATES
Memberships help support our airport and keep it available for everyone’s enjoyment. You must be a full time resident or own property in the Lake Travis Independent School District for Class 1, 2 or 3 membership privileges.

CLASS 1
Homeowner – $200.00 annually – Must own the land upon which a home (or hangar) attached to airport property. Allows access to the runway as long as membership is maintained in good standing and access agreement is submitted and signed. Requires a Runway Access Agreement if the member wishes to access the runway.

CLASS 2
"Hangar Owner" – $100.00 annually – Must hold a valid ground lease for a hangar on Airpark property and own real property or be a full time resident within the LTISD boundary. Requires a Runway Access Agreement if the member wishes to access the runway.

CLASS 3
"Tie Down / Hangar Rental" – $100.00 annually – Consists of persons who hold a valid, unexpired Tie Down lease (or Hail Shed lease) on Airpark property or rents hangar space in a hangar on Airpark property or in a hangar attached to a home abutting the runway. Requires a Runway Access Agreement if the member wishes to access the runway.

CLASS 4
"Aviator" – $50.00 annually – Must have an active aviation interest in the Airpark (ex: a pilot, own a plane, regularly visit, volunteer to improve Airpark, etc.) and has been approved to a be a Class 4 member by the Airpark Board of Directors.

CLASS 5
"Booster" – $50.00 annually – Any person who has a positive social interest in the Airpark.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE SENDING US A CHECK, FILL OUT THE ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION AND FIND OUT WHAT YOUR PRORATED DUES ARE. UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING IN JUNE, YOUR DUES WILL BE PRORATED.
MEMBER RATES FOR TIE DOWNS & PARKING
When available – [WAITLIST IS APPRX 5 YRS] $900 for annual ramp (asphalt) tiedown with signed lease. Currently annual parking is available. Requires Active Level membership or better.

When available – [WAITLIST IS APPRX 2 YRS] $600 for annual grass tiedown with signed lease. Currently annual parking is available. Requires Active Level Membership or better. Furnish your own tiedowns and mow around your airplane.

Auto Parking – $5 per night, $350 per year. Requires Active Level Membership or better.

The hangars at Lakeway Airpark are privately owned. Lakeway Airpark does not control or manage these hangars. To respect the privacy of the hangar owners, Lakeway Airpark will not provide contact information or referrals. Lakeway Airpark will not provide hangar search services or other such information for prospective buyers.
