Meeting was called to order at a. 6:40 p.m. by Pres. Anderson. Members in attendance: Gordon Lingle, Jim Anderson, Joe Bain, Rocky Peebles, Bill Bunten, Wayne Wagner, Bill Thompson.

This meeting was called by Pres. Anderson 2 days prior to the normal meeting time due to the time critical nature of certain business events and it was conducted in a more casual manner than usual; i.e. minutes, reports and old business items were not addressed directly.

Discussion topics were as follows:

1. Joe Bain indicated that our fuel system control computer (donated by Joe a few years ago, incidentally) had crashed and necessary repairs were $487. The board voted unanimously to reimburse this amount to Joe.

2. Bill Bunten suggested that financial reports be included in the monthly newsletter perhaps once or twice a year at most. Most non-profit organizations don’t do this at all, and members are free to request reports anyway.
3. (Primary issue) concerning the airpark position on the potential development of the south 7 acre parcel of land by R&S Aviation, Inc. (Steve Smith). It was decided that the board will request another meeting since we do not have details concerning the entire development of the site. Our only concern is access to the airpark runway as issues relate to safety, environmental, traffic volume, etc. We also want to make the potential developers aware of the concerns of adjacent landowners.
