LakeWay AirPark Board Meeting

8/27/97

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at the LakeWay

AirPark (LWAP) office by Joe Bain.

Present were the following board members: Joe Bain, , Gordon

Lingle, Bill Thompson, George Yankowski Gerald Delaney, and

Rocky Peebles

Absent: Jim Anderson

Minutes from last Board meeting (8/13/97) was presented by Rocky

Peebles. Accepted by Gerald Delaney and 2nd by Bill Thompson-

unanimous in favor.

Discussion: Planes and auto on ramp without paying; what course

of action to take? Bill suggested to send bill through

registered mail and notify of possible lien.

Discussion: Stripping ramp, illegally parked auto and planes,

SR/SS charts, notam # 800-433-8102 to be used by board members

for notam actions when Joe is not available.

Joe posed question of who to send bills to, how much paid?

Gordon volunteered to call people on database list who had not

signed lease or had not paid.

Discussion: BBQ to be 2nd Saturday after Labor Day, September

13, 1997 and for all to ensure RSVPs in early.

Bill motioned to proceed with dedicated leases for grass tie

downs and to modify leases accordingly, no action taken.

Discussion to mark grass tie down area during next work day.

Next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 1997 at

7:00PM.

Motion to adjourn meeting at approximately 8:00PM by Rocky, 2nd

by Gordon - unanimous in favor.
